RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

REFUND POLICY
  • We allow a one-time exchange for a different size and/or color of the same item. If the returned items is due to size exchange, the shipping fee shall be shouldered by the customer.
  • All exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date in order to ensure quality assurance. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed state. Your refund can be adjusted if it is discovered that the returned goods are in unacceptable condition (notable wear, odor, and/or damage).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
  • Once your product has been received, please check it over and let us know straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect so we can investigate and resolve any issues. 


FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
  • We encourage you to have your measurements checked first through the standard size chart we have provided.
  • For Metro Manila customers, we will arrange with our courier to pick up your item for exchange. For provincial customers, we will send further instructions once we have processed your request for exchange.
  • Clients can also schedule an appointment to pick up the item replacement at our office.
