1. Do you have a physical store?

We don’t have a physical store yet. All 100% JESUS items are exclusively available here on our website.

2. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! For international orders, please send us a personal message to estimate the shipping fee for your orders.

3. Where is your office located? Do you allow pick up of items?

Our office is located at Tondo, Manila. Yes, we allow pick up of items. Please message us personally to schedule.

4. Are all items readily available? Do you accept rush orders?

Most items we sell are for pre-order for 3-5 days. Kindly order ahead of time as we don’t accept rush orders.

5. What if my order has been shipped or successfully delivered to me but I want to change its SIZE or COLOR?

  • We allow a one-time exchange for a different size and/or color of the same item. However, the shipping fees shall be charged to the customer.

  • Message our FB Page to request for item exchange.

  • For Metro Manila customers, we will arrange with our courier to pick up your item for exchange. For provincial customers, we will send further instructions once we have processed your request for exchange.

  • Clients can also schedule an appointment to our office to pick up the item replacement.

  • We can also arrange meet-ups in Manila’s Sampaloc area if would be more convenient for you.

  • To lessen the hassle of exchanging items, we encourage you to have your measurements checked first through the standard size chart we have provided.

  • Return/exchange request for an item will only be allowed within 7 days of receipt.

6. What if the item delivered to me is damaged?

  • Please message us on Facebook and we’ll process your replacement within 10 days. For provincial customers, we will send further instructions once we have processed your request for exchange.

  • We will refund expenses you may have incurred for the shipment of items for replacement.

  • These are the damages covered by our exchange policy:

    • Loose shirt stitches

    • Torn fabric

    • Ink stains from design print

    • Loose embroidery threads

  • Refund request for an item will only be allowed within 3 days of receipt.

7. Do you accept requests for customized designs? Can our group/church/organization collaborate with you?

  • Absolutely! Whether your group/church/organization is celebrating a special occasion or just wants to come up with an exclusive shirt design, 100% JESUS would be glad to partner with you and give you specially discounted quality shirts. Just fill out this form and we’d be glad to serve you.
